Working of The Air-Shower
" TRIPTI" Air Shower is an equipment which
is installed at the entrance of a contamination controlled environment
to remove dust & bacteria adhered to the garments of the personnel
entering the clean room.

In Auto mode
The Auto/Manual switch should be turned towards the Auto position and
as the person enters the shower, the push button switch on the top of
the door starts the shower for pre selected time cycle. Actuation of
the unit locks all the doors during the shower cycle. Only one door
can be opened at a time.
Incase of emergency, the shower can be put off by turning the switch
towards the Emergency off position indicated on top of the
Auto/Manual switch.
In Manual mode
The Auto/Manual switch should be turned towards the Manual position
and shower can be switched on & off by the switch provided for the
purpose and all the other functions remain the same.
In case of emergency, the shower can be put off by turning the switch
towards the Emergency off position indicated on top of the Auto/Manual
switch.
In Continuous Run mode
The Auto/Manual switch should be turned towards the Emergency off
position and the Air Shower can be put on & off by the switch provided
for the same The Locks of the doors can be switched off by the Lock
By- Pass switch.
With start of the cycle, entry door closes and the
stream of high velocity air from the nozzles from the sides and top
brushes person of the dust and unseen bacteria.
Dust particles are swept away through the
floor level exhaust ducts and trapped in the filters. : Pre filters
to protect HEPA Filter having an efficiency of 99.97 % down to 0.3
microns particle size
